Eva & Antonio
Eva and Antonio are a couple from Brooklyn, New York who have been in love with Cadaqués for many years. After having been together for seventeen years, they decided to get married here and share this special place with their families and friends. A wedding which all the guests agreed to attend, travelling from all over the world to get here.
Eva and Antonio didn’t want the formalities of a formal wedding and we developed the menu around little stalls, buffets and show-cooking where the guests could all mingle together and move around at will. We set up a design combining high and low tables, poufs, chairs and armchairs – an anarchic design which worked perfectly. Wild flowers intertwined with roses, creating a very natural harmony. They wanted a big party with their friends and the fantastic atmosphere created is marvellously reflected in the photos by Orlando.
Eva and Antonio are vegetarian and, of course, the menu had to be vegetarian too. Gingoler Catering’s ‘green’ proposals left everyone quite perplexed but delighted. A very intimate ceremony, full of emotion, followed by a party brimming with hugs, smiles and tears. It was a fun wedding, full of surprises and emotion.
